Jim DeWildt’s unique artistic talent lies is his ability to illustrate masterfully in water color, acrylic, oil, pen and ink and pencil. He has done work for Fortune 500 companies, advertising agencies, public relations firms and marketing companies around the country.

Jim has illustrated subjects ranging from concept trucks, portraits, whimsical characters on wine labels to children’s books. His commercial illustration skills are highly respected for their quality and clarity. He is also very active with his fine arts and has participated in many exhibits over the years.

After graduation from Kendall College of Art and Design, Jim served two years in the U.S. Army as an illustrator for the Pentagon. Thirty four years later, he still approaches an assignment like it was his first!

Jim and his wife Manie work out of their studio located in Suttons Bay. A beautiful area located on Grand Traverse Bay just outside of Traverse City, Michigan.
